Biological products - Classification and tips for use

The rising costs of labour, fuel, power and fertiliser, coupled with a desire to embrace more sustainable practices, are driving the uptake of new biological and biostimulant products among potato farmers. Biological products cover a broad range of organisms, plant extracts, biostimulants and more. Navigating these topics can be confusing, does my product need to be registered? Is there a permit? What should I be thinking about when I use it?

This webinar, hosted with New Edge Microbials’ Dr Simon Speirs, provides a good base of understanding of the different types of biological products and some tips and tricks to think about when introducing them into production.
