National Integrated Disease Management (IDM) Program

The national IDM program is a levy funded initiative focused on improving disease management outcomes for the Australian potato industry. Research activity within the program is delivered by two teams:

  • Potato Innovations (University of Tasmania, South Australian Research and Development Institute, Simplot)

  • Western Sydney University and University of Western Australia.

The program is coordinated by RMCG and research outcomes communicated through the communication and extension program (PotatoLink).

The objectives of the program and how it will achieve them is illustrated in the diagram below. If you have any queries, please contact Dr Kristen Stirling on 0488 908 416 or at kristens@rmcg.com.au
