Lockyer Valley Growers will be hosting a barbeque, open to Lockyer Valley Growers members and vegetable levy payers.
PotatoLink and the Soil Wealth ICP teams have arranged for Kelvin Montagu from Applied Horticultural Research to present on cover cropping and strip tillage.
Kelvin will explore how cover crops and strip tillage can be utilised to build resilience of soil to weather events and to alleviate the pressure of rising input costs like fertiliser and fuel.
