About the Event

Join us for a workshop in the paddock with Joel Williams, brought to you through collaboration between PotatoLink and VegNET. The workshop will address how to improve regenerative agricultural cropping systems in potato, onion, and vegetable systems. We will explore the important role of soil organic matter, learn how to build and amplify healthy populations of soil biology, as well as touch upon nutrient cycling and input efficiencies.

Dinner and drinks will be provided.

Event Details

The event will involve a workshop and field walk. Together we will explore key challenges of the potato, onion, and vegetable industries in the Murray Bridge region. The event will explore these areas through the lens of regenerative agriculture, to help improve overall soil health, crop nutrition, and ultimately product quality.

These include:

  • Salinity & sodicity

  • Soilborne disease management

  • Soil moisture retention in light textured soils

  • Soil organic matter... and more
